Cancellation and Refunds
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Plain-language summary
Hosting and email are billed for the period shown at checkout. Domains are billed yearly and appear as a separate line. You may cancel future renewals, but cancellation does not reverse processed charges, overdue invoices, or completed registrar actions.
2. Weekly and monthly services
Recurring services renew automatically while active and attached to a valid payment method. Cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next recurring charge.
Once a service has been activated or made available, we normally do not prorate the current period. We review exceptions when activation failed because of a verified technical problem attributable to FindYourPage.
3. Domains
Domains are handled by external registrars in annual periods. A registration, renewal, or transfer charge is non-refundable once accepted by the registrar.
If payment completes but the registrar rejects the operation because it cannot be fulfilled, we will review the actual order state and may refund the domain amount or issue account credit.
4. Setup, migration, and manual work
Human setup, assisted configuration, migration, or implementation work depends on progress. If work has not started, it may be canceled and refunded. Once work starts, all or part of the payment may be non-refundable according to completed effort.
5. Cases we review for a refund
- A verified duplicate charge for the same service and period.
- A paid service that could not be activated because of a verified FindYourPage technical failure.
- A confirmed price or configuration error found before activation.
- A domain charge whose order was not accepted by the registrar.
- Paid manual work that has not started.
6. Normally non-refundable cases
- Domains successfully registered, renewed, or transferred.
- Hosting or email periods already activated and made available.
- Problems caused by incorrect customer information, external DNS, or missing access to an existing domain.
- Suspension for nonpayment, spam, abuse, prohibited use, or Terms violations.
- Business, advertising, SEO, or sales results that depend on the customer business.
7. How to request a review
Open a support request or email info@webinfinitech.com with the account email, service, domain, invoice, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank, issuer, or payment-provider processing time is outside our control.
