Availability and support
Service SLA
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Realistic scope
FindYourPage is a Webinfinitech LLC brand focused on straightforward hosting, email, domains, and setup for entrepreneurs and small businesses. This SLA describes operating objectives and reasonable limits. It is not a dedicated-infrastructure enterprise SLA unless a separate agreement is signed.
2. Availability objective
Our operating objective is 99.5% monthly availability for hosting and email infrastructure under FindYourPage direct control.
This calculation excludes domain, external DNS, registrar, bank, payment gateway, internet network, third-party tool, customer configuration, and customer content failures.
3. Maintenance
We may perform scheduled maintenance for updates, security, stability, or platform improvements and will try to provide reasonable notice when visible interruption is expected.
Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice when needed to protect security, data, servers, email reputation, platform integrity, or service continuity.
4. Support
Support is provided through the customer area, support form, or contact email. We prioritize activation, payment, outage, email, domain, and security incidents.
- Critical incidents such as general outage, blocked activation, or immediate security risk receive priority.
- Standard domain, email, DNS, account, or basic configuration questions have a first-response objective of one to two business days.
- Migration, implementation, page changes, or extended help may require separate review, scope, and cost.
5. Exclusions
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- External DNS errors, expired or unvalidated domains, or registrar-side changes.
- Failures involving Stripe, Namecheap, registries, banks, Meta, Google, Microsoft, internet networks, or customer-connected services.
- Customer files, scripts, databases, AI-generated pages, forms, plugins, or configurations.
- Nonpayment, fraud, spam, malware, phishing, abuse, third-party complaints, or Terms violations.
- Attacks, IP blocks, customer-caused reputation issues, force majeure, government actions, disasters, or events beyond reasonable control.
6. Service credits
If a directly controlled service falls below the monthly objective for a cause attributable to FindYourPage, request a review within 10 days of the incident.
Approved credits are applied to future invoices for the affected service, are not cash, and cannot exceed the amount paid for that service during the affected period.
7. Backups and recovery
Unless a plan explicitly includes a backup policy, customers must keep independent copies of files, content, email, databases, and configurations. Operational backups may exist for internal recovery, but complete restoration is not guaranteed in every case.
8. Reporting an incident
Use support or email info@webinfinitech.com. Include the account email, domain, affected service, approximate time, screenshots or error messages, and any recent customer-side changes.
