4. Analytics, advertising, and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, measure campaigns and conversions, improve checkout, and identify usability problems. These services may use cookies, browser identifiers, navigation events, heatmaps, or limited session recordings.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers. Some laws may define advertising-platform transfers as sharing for targeted advertising. Contact us to request applicable privacy or opt-out options.

5. Service providers

We disclose information only as needed to provide services, process payment, manage domains, measure performance, protect the platform, or comply with law. Providers may include Stripe, Namecheap and other registrars or registries, hosting infrastructure, DirectAdmin, FOSSBilling, Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity, professional advisers, banks, and authorities.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards such as encryption in transit, protected passwords, access controls, activity review, specialized providers, and separation of responsibilities. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting duties. When there is no reasonable legal or business need, we delete, anonymize, or restrict it.

7. Your rights and choices

Subject to identity verification and legal exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or objection regarding personal information. Rights depend on your jurisdiction, including any applicable California or Delaware requirements. Send requests from the email associated with your account to info@webinfinitech.com.

8. International processing

Webinfinitech LLC operates from the United States and may use providers in the United States or other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country of residence with reasonable contractual and technical safeguards.
