Service agreement
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Service provider and acceptance
These terms govern FindYourPage, a brand operated by Webinfinitech LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By creating an account, ordering, paying, or using the platform, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the Service SLA. If you act for a company, you confirm authority to accept them for that company.
2. Services
FindYourPage provides straightforward digital infrastructure for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and growing teams. Product pages and checkout control the current price, period, capacity, and included features.
- Essential AI Hosting for publishing pages, landing pages, or files prepared with AI tools.
- Professional Email using a customer domain.
- Monthly growth plans with additional capacity.
- Domain search, registration, renewal, transfer, or connection subject to registrar rules and availability.
- Human setup or migration assistance within the separately stated scope.
3. Accounts and credentials
- Provide accurate and current information needed for service, billing, and support.
- Protect account, server, email, domain, DNS, file, and other credentials.
- You remain responsible when granting access to another person.
- We may require additional validation when fraud, abuse, technical risk, or incomplete information is detected.
4. Billing and renewals
Recurring services are billed in advance for the selected period. Weekly plans renew weekly, monthly plans renew monthly, and domains are billed separately by year. You authorize automatic recurring charges until cancellation.
Failed payment may lead to retries, notice, suspension, or cancellation. Taxes, exchange rates, bank charges, and third-party fees may apply where required.
5. Domains
Domain availability is not guaranteed until the registrar accepts the operation. Registration, renewal, transfer, WHOIS, privacy, nameserver, and contact changes are subject to registry and registrar rules.
You are responsible for correct contact details, renewal notices, trademark rights, and domain use. Domain charges are generally non-refundable once accepted by the registrar.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use services for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, or infrastructure abuse.
- Do not bypass limits, interfere with other customers, damage server or email reputation, or use disproportionate resources.
- We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or remove content or services when reasonably needed for security, compliance, or platform integrity.
7. Customer content and AI tools
You own or must have permission to publish your files, text, images, software, and data. FindYourPage hosts content but does not guarantee that content generated by AI tools is accurate, lawful, secure, original, or suitable. You must review AI-generated code and content before publishing.
8. Support and assisted work
Standard support covers access and reasonable guidance for the purchased service. Design, custom programming, complex migrations, ongoing maintenance, or extensive configuration require separate scope and pricing. A done-for-you setup does not promise a complete custom website.
9. Cancellation, suspension, and data
You may cancel future renewals through the customer area or support. Cancellation does not erase existing invoices or change registrar obligations. Suspended or canceled services may lose access.
Keep independent copies of websites, email, databases, and configurations. Unless a plan explicitly says otherwise, permanent external backups and guaranteed restoration are not included.
10. Availability and liability
Services are provided subject to availability and the current SLA. Internet, DNS, registrars, payment providers, banks, third-party tools, and customer configurations can cause events outside our control.
To the extent permitted by law, Webinfinitech LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, profit, reputation, business-interruption, or data-loss damages. Maximum liability for a service claim is limited to the amount paid for that service during the three months before the event.
11. Changes
We may update products, prices, limits, providers, documentation, or these Terms for service improvement, legal compliance, or risk correction. The current version will be posted here. Material changes apply as permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, United States, except where mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
